In other ways the types of questions that should be included will decide what findings you expect in your research. Questionnaire can be opened (Which takes much time and money for analysis) or then closed (Options are limited, analysis easily, less money, less time, multiple choice, some what similar to close ended but any difficult fro the participle variability and reliability ). Sentence completion or mixer of one or two above, where the researcher decide on a combination of question type.
Whatever type is the researcher has to determine hoe to analyse, how to interfere and how to represent wide variety of respond.
